I have been using Ivory dentist for the last 19 years with both old and new owners. The service has always been professional, helpful, flexible and supportive with our whole family needs. My children are now teenagers, but from toddlers to now they have been great, also supportive of orthodontist referrals for them. We would definitely highly recommend this practice, to residents thank you!

I’m a fairly new patient at Ivory Dental Practice, however since joining I’ve been treated exceptionally well from start to finish. From the initial phone call to leaving after appointments, the whole experience has been so positive. The reception staff are always well-mannered, understanding, and greet me with a warm smile whenever I walk in.I’ve had a few treatments with Dr Priyal Shah and her assistant, and I must say Dr Priyal Shah is a fantastic dentist. She is kind, reassuring, careful, and always makes me feel comfortable. Even though I’m a nervous patient (and honestly, who likes going to the dentist?), when I’m there I genuinely feel like I’m in safe hands.Highly recommend Ivory Dental Practice to anyone looking for professional and caring dental treatment.

I’ve had three appointments here now, and I couldn't be more impressed. I started with a thorough initial check-up, followed by a visit to the hygienist and a filling with the dentist.The entire team was lovely, starting with a warm welcome from the receptionist which immediately put me at ease. I’ve had such a positive experience with this dental practice. From the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist, everyone has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring.Both my own treatments and my children’s visits have always gone smoothly, without any issues, which really puts me at ease as a parent. My family and I have been going to Ivory Dental Surgery for many years now.The dental, and reception team offer a welcoming, professional and caring service. You do not feel rushed, and they explain treatment options in detail.I have always found that they are very gentle with treatments, and regularly check that you are okay and comfortable during treatment. I have been a patient at this dental practice for many years and have always received excellent treatment. In fact, thanks to my current dentist, Dr Sandip Halai, the service has gone from good to truly outstanding.I have found Dr Halai to be empathetic, innovative, and genuinely caring, all while maintaining the highest professional standards.Recently, I consulted him about severe gum erosion that was causing me significant pain and sleepless nights. He recommended a simple yet highly effective treatment that relieved my pain and discomfort literally overnight. This was in stark contrast to a previous dental surgeon, who had advised replacing my teeth entirely with a set of dental implants.

I took my mum to see Dr Shatin for a crown replacement, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. My mum can be quite anxious when it comes to dental work, especially worried about pain, but Dr Shatin was so calm, patient, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. The treatment itself was smooth, and she hasn’t had a single issue since. She’s so relieved and happy—and we’ll definitely be coming back to Dr Shatin in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of her!

Visited this dental practice for the first time and saw the dentist, Shatin. What an incredible service - I was seen straight away and the care that I received was second to none. During the consultation I was treated in a professional and friendly manner that has made me not scared to go to the dentist and want to care more for my teeth.The receptionist kindly helped me after my consultation and even helped fill in some forms for me. The building was also very clean and well kept - I will be visiting again !

I hadn’t been to the new location yet, and what an improvement!! Parking right outside (free for 30 mins if you’re Hillingdon resident) Got an appointment within a week of me calling!! I was greeted so nicely by the receptionist and seen within a few minutes. The dentist and his assistant were as friendly and professional as they’ve always been. I couldn’t recommend them more!!

Ivory Dental Practice Very clean and professional, my visit was very smooth. Best dentist I have been to as my extraction of my wisdom was explained and was carried out by Dr Satin.To be honest my last dentist clinic had a very heavy hand and I was uncomfortable but THIS TIME Dr Satin has made me not scard of dental care visits as he has a soft hand plus he is very caring. I visited the Ivory Dental Practice for Hygienist and I am very satisfied. Professional but mainly kind staff welcomed me warmly. When making the booking, the receptionist was very willing to help and to find a suitable date and time for me.I was little bit scared because of my sensitive gums but the doctor offered me a gel which made the treatment almost pain free and whenever I was in discomfort she stopped and gave me time to adjust and rest. I received advice and left extremely satisfied and happy.

I have been going to this practice for many years, and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. Shatin Varsani is an amazing dentist, who not only looks after my daughter, myself but also cared for my elderly very ill mother. The practice is well run and full of kind, caring staff. Ivory Dental practice has now moved to Ruislip Manor and has the most wonderful new facilities and up to date equipment. The staff have remained (which I am so grateful for) but the venue is just amazing.Do check them out if you need a dental surgery I would thoroughly recommend them 👌.

Incredibly professional dentist. Due to a bad experience as a child, I have an extreme fear of dentistry however the entire team at Ivory (from reception to dentist to hygienist) have made me feel incredibly safe, welcome and well looked after. They’re great at what they do and really lovely people. I recommend them highly, 10/10.

Recently registered with Ivory Dental after visiting a number of different practices. Overall I am very happy with my decision!So far I have had a number of appointments for dental treatment and visited the hygienist.My experience of the practice is 100% positive. Shatin, my dentist is very happy to explain the process and his expertise are very reassuring. I have zero anxiety about visiting the dentist now which is a big win!Would be (and already have) happy to recommend Ivory Dental!
